Nation Pays Tribute to ‘Madar-e-Millat’ Fatima Jinnah on her 56th Death Anniversary

9th July marks the 56th death anniversary of Madar-e-Millat Fatima Jinnah and the whole nation remembers her with utmost respect and admiration today. Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah was born on 31st July 1893 in Karachi and became a role model for every woman.

Fatima Jinnah played a crucial role in the establishment of Pakistan alongside her brother, Mohammad Ali Jinnah. She united women across the subcontinent through her efforts, solidifying the efforts of Muslims to attain a separate homeland.

She was given the title of the ‘Mother of Nation’ or Madar-i-Millat for her significant contributions to the Freedom Movement. After living a life of grace, Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah left the world on 9th July 1967.
