England and Australia are expected to play all their group games in the Caribbean. England’s matches will be in tourist spots like Antigua, Barbados, and St Lucia. Australia’s games are set for venues in St Vincent, Guyana, and Trinidad.
Inspectors found that Caribbean venues need some improvements, but there are no big issues. The probable location for the final is Barbados, a place that hosted previous cricket events in 2007 and 2010.
