Another life has been saved by the Pakistan Army’s Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) unit in Turkiye’s quake-stricken Adiyaman district.
A nine-year-old girl who was trapped under the rubble of a destroyed building for 102 hours has been found alive by the rescue crew.
Turkish officials are receiving assistance from Pakistani search and rescue teams, who over the previous several days have been successful in recovering a number of individuals from the wreckage of the earthquake.
Two survivors who had spent more than 48 hours under the debris in the same region were freed on January 9 by the USAR.
