Pakistan-Based Delivery Startup Trax Raises $3.7 Million in Seed Funding

On Friday, Trax, a startup focused on logistics for the digital economy, revealed that it had received $3.7 million in seed funding from a group of key investors.

Amaana Capital, a US-based company making its second direct investment in Pakistan, and Tricap Investments, a UAE-based company, jointly led the deal. Together with PNO Ventures, angel investors Omer Ismail (CEO of One, a fintech sponsored by Walmart), and Jahanzeb Sherwani contributed to the round (a Silicon Valley tech entrepreneur).

By introducing new business verticals like financial and technology solutions for its clients, the company hopes to use the investment to drive the expansion of its logistical services.
