The final match of the Emerging Asia Cup will be between Pakistan A and India A in Colombo, Sri Lanka. India A secured their place in the final by defeating Bangladesh A by 51 runs. Nishant Sindhu was the standout bowler, taking five wickets for just 20 runs. Bangladesh A couldn’t chase the target of 212 and were all out for 160 runs.
In the other semi-final, Pakistan A won against Sri Lanka A by 60 runs. Pakistani bowler Arshad Iqbal was exceptional, taking five wickets for 37 runs, and his team bowled out Sri Lanka A for 262 runs while chasing a target of 323. Mubasir Khan and Sufiyan Muqeem also contributed with two wickets each for Pakistan.
During India A’s semi-final match, Yash Dhull played a crucial role, scoring 66 runs to help his team reach a total of 211. However, Bangladesh A’s bowlers, Mahedi Hasan, Tanzim Hasan, and Rakibul Hasan, took two wickets each and limited India A’s batting performance. Still, India A managed to cross the 200-run mark with the significant contribution of 21 runs from Manav Suthar.
