Asifa Ali from Pakistan won a gold medal in the 49kg category at the 2023 World Taekwondo Octagon Diamond Games in Korea. It’s worth mentioning that Asifa studies Global Sports Management at Seoul National University in South Korea. At the same event, Hamza Saeed, Aqdasullah Qadeer, and Naila from Pakistan received bronze medals.
In the 2023 World Taekwondo Octagon Diamond Games, Hamza got a bronze medal even though he lost in the semi-finals to Korea’s Ryong Woo Li with a score of 2-0. Aqdasullah and Naila also earned bronze medals in the Poomsae Event at the World Taekwondo Beach Championship G-2.
