Humaira Farah, Pakistan’s first female cricket umpire, has recently completed her duties as an umpire in the Legends Cricket League in Oman.
She stated that presiding in such a large competition is an honour for her. Humaira acknowledged her satisfaction with her experience in the league when speaking to the media in Lahore.
Humaira, who also played for the Pakistan Railways Women’s Hockey Team in 1985, added that she will always remember performing her umpiring duties in front of the legend.
Moreover, Humaira Farah added that she was really confused prior to the event, but that the overwhelming support from legendary cricketers enabled her to officiate the matches.
The Legends Cricket League was an amazing cricket festival that took place in Oman from January 20 to 29.
