Pakistan’s Nooh Dastgir Butt Wins Four Gold Medals at Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship

Pakistan’s Nooh Dastgir Butt displayed incredible strength at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship, winning the title in the Equipped Class after already succeeding in the Classic category.

Nooh’s journey to victory started with a gold medal in the squat event, where he lifted an impressive 340 kg. He then continued to excel in the bench press, securing another gold by lifting 210 kg.

Finally, he completed his outstanding performance with a 300 kg deadlift, earning his third gold medal of the event. In total, he lifted 850 kg to claim the title in the Equipped Class.

Earlier in the competition, Nooh also performed remarkably in the Classic category, where he won three gold medals and one bronze. His consistent success in both the Classic and Equipped categories highlights his status as one of the top powerlifters.

Nooh’s accomplishments have brought pride to Pakistan, showcasing his dedication and strength on the international stage.
