After President Asif Ali Zardari administered the oath on Monday, Mohsin Naqvi, who was the PCB Chairman, became the new Interior Minister of Pakistan.
Earlier in the day, PM Shehbaz submitted a list to President Zardari with names for his cabinet, including 18 federal ministers and one minister of state.
Even though PPP is a main ally of PML-N, they decided not to join the federal cabinet. The oath-taking ceremony took place at the President House in Islamabad, starting with the national anthem and then a recitation from the Holy Quran.
