Mohsin Naqvi, the Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), has officially announced that Shan Masood will retain his role as captain for the upcoming Test series against Bangladesh.
Naqvi confirmed this decision after a video call with Masood where they discussed ways to enhance the team’s performance.
Naqvi made it clear that there are no intentions to replace Masood as the Test captain, highlighting the positive feedback received regarding his leadership abilities.
At 34 years old, Shan Masood, who is an opening batsman, will continue to lead the Pakistani team in Test matches with the goal of improving their overall performance during the upcoming series.
