Passengers on PIA flights opposed the decision not to serve meat dishes to their passengers.
Substantial progress has been made on the non-delivery of meat products on PIA flights due to non-payment of supplier payments.
In this regard, the sources said that on return flights from Islamabad to Jeddah, dal rice and vegetable dishes are served with meals.
Passengers opposed the provision of food without meat or chicken and filed a complaint about comment cards.
As per the sources, the passengers had a heated argument with the PIA crew, and the passengers heavily criticized the airline’s services.
The sources said that the relevant authorities were informed of the incident on Flight No. 741, 742.
Similar alleged incidents have also been reported on several flights out of Islamabad.
