The PIPD – Institute of Professional Development hosted an innovative event at Techub Coworking on December 9th, 2023, titled “Elevate Your Skills, Expand Your Horizons.” This kind of intersection between technology and human resource was a substantial turning point, influencing a diverse group of HR professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers, and technicians.
Daniel Marc Lanthier and Ahmad Manzoor, serving as the keynote speakers, shared their experiences and opinions about the constantly changing HR landscape meeting with technology.
Daniel Marc Lanthier, the Co-founder and Director of Operations at Deaf Reach, shared his profound experiences in establishing seven Deaf Reach Schools, which currently serve over 1400 students.
His expertise in project management and running all operations has been pivotal to the success of FESF’s Dewaf Reach program. He outlined FESF’s approach: to build a network of model centers through this type of school plus modern technology
revolutionizing the world for deaf children.
Ahmad Manzoor is the CEO cum Founder of Pakistan Blockchain Institute. He gave insight as to how blockchain technology could convert HR policies and practices with an emphasis on the necessity of being aware of new technologies
that are being developed for process optimization, data security, and staff empowerment.
Farooq A. Randhawa, SHRM-SCP™, SPHRi™, CHRP® shared his thoughts on how HR professionals may navigate the constantly changing world and advance their careers. His talk, titled “How to Grow as an HR Professionally” included topics such as skill development, networking methods, and leadership skills, providing vital guidance for HR practitioners at various stages of their careers
The event offered a platform for participants to gain valuable knowledge, network with peers, and explore the latest trends in HR. Attendees were able to benefit from these discussions where they broadened their thinking about topics such as talent sourcing, employee commitment levels, and measures for keeping a keen eye on performance.
The quality and value of the sessions have been highly commended by the participants who left praising and applauding the event. The presentations were engaging, discussions insightful and networking opportunities made the
audience feel inspired enough to face new challenges in their career life.
This Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, a leading charitable organization, also organized a fundraising ceremony for oppressed people in Palestine. People were requested to contribute to this project either as individuals or as a community with an emphasis on kindness and honesty as solutions to human suffering.
