ICTP (Islamabad Capital Territory Police) has launched a WhatsApp number for shelters, reporting the loss of any item immediately and expediting recovery efforts.
Police unveil WhatsApp to present FIR of lost items. The IGP (Islamabad) Dr Akbar Nasir Khan took this vital step for citizens’ convenience, adding that a “Lost and Found” WhatsApp number (0331-1114287) was launched to report lost or found items immediately and deliver them to the owners.
IGP Islamabad urged citizens to register to Pucar-15 immediately if their belongings were lost or discovered during the trip.
IG (Islamabad) said ICTP is doing its best to provide facilities to citizens at its gates.
He also said that all emergency services had been integrated into Safe City, adding that all possible measures would be taken to save citizens’ lives and property.
