For this year’s 5th August, commemorated as a Black Day against Modi’s cruel policies in the occupied region, protests in solidarity with Kashmiris have taken on a new form.
To that end, posters picturing the Indian Prime Minister as a vampire have been plastered throughout Islamabad, and Twitter is having none of it.
“Modi, Peace Destroyer,” reads the placard. PRESS HORN if you agree.” Twitteratis praised the initiative as the image spread like wildfire across the microblogging network, sharing humorous remarks all over.
Modi appears to the rest of the world to be a deaf person. While the premise of this argument may not be correct, a few internet users have expressed their logic, seemingly convinced that if their automobile horns were louder, they would reach Modi.
While most netizens praised the small gesture, a minority were irritated by how “state money is being wasted on this mardoud.”
