Ramiz Raja, the Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), was full of admiration for Mohammad Hafeez, the outgoing seasoned all-rounder.

Hafeez was “a wholehearted cricketer who worked relentlessly at his game to have a long and prosperous career,” Ramiz stated in an official statement.

“We at the PCB are grateful that he has proudly worn the green blazer. I wish him all the best in his future endeavours and congratulate him once more for his outstanding service to Pakistan cricket,” he added.

The PCB Chairman also spoke about how the seasoned campaigner adapted to varied forms and anchored Pakistan’s cricket over the last decade.
