In Lahore, the ban on roasting sri paya on the days of Eid-ul-Azha has been banned.
According to a notification issued by the administration, there is also a ban under Section 144 on keeping chick meat and ashes in open places.
Commissioner Lahore said that the citizens are appealed to put sacrificial items in the provided plastic bags, birds gather on the garbage in places, which proves to be dangerous for civil aviation flight operations.
Commissioner Lahore Ali Randhawa further said that those who keep meat and waste in open places are also banned under Section 144.
