The FBR- Federal Board of Revenue has collected a net revenue of over Rs 3,780 billion just during 10 months from July (2020) to April (2021), against the assigned target that was set on Rs 3,637 billion by reflecting a clear increase of Rs.143 billion.
The FBR report also unveiled the collection figures of provisional revenue for the first ten months of this current fiscal year. However, as per the provisional information, “FBR has recently collected Rs.3780 billion net revenue during July-April period that has exceeded the set target that was of Rs.3,637 billion that is more than by Rs.143 billion.”
Moreover, it has also been revealed that the net collection only for the month of April was collected about Rs.384 billion just against the required increase of over Rs.242 billion, while representing an increase of a high percentage of 57% over the value of Rs.240 billion that was collected in April, 2020 as well as 159% of the target.
