Santa served gifts to passenger kids on PIA flight

Passengers on a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight from Islamabad to Karachi were surprised to find Santa Claus in the air, delivering Christmas gifts while Jingle Bells music played in the background.

The passengers were given gifts and chocolates by a senior Christian Purser who was dressed as Santa Claus.

In a news release issued on Saturday, a PIA spokeswoman said, “This action has been a tradition of the national flag carrier for several years.”

Members of the National Assembly, Abdul Qadir Patel and Nafisa Shah, who were on board the flight, enjoyed the pleasant activity, praised the PIA, and wished it continued success.

The PIA demonstrated with this action that it is a true national airline that welcomes people of all faiths and government officials in a professional manner.
