According to the official sources, Saqlain Mushtaq has recently been appointed as the head coach of Pakistan for the upcoming T20 World Cup. Moreover, he is the Head of International Player Development at the National High Performance Centre.
The Pakistani team’s official announcement for this huge event was made after the approval of the Chairman of PCB, Ramiz Raja.
Mushtaq, the legendary off-spinner of Pakistan was also expected to lead the coaching staff during the home limited-overs series of Pakistan against the team of New Zealand but the tour was cancelled by the New Zealand; however, now it is expected to continue again.
