On 12th March 2015, a British Airways flight from Heathrow to Dubai had to land after 30 minutes because someone defecated so badly that the place crew could not get rid of pungent smell.
The smell was so suffocating that the pilot had to request the cockpit crew to allow him to land at Heathrow airport. After giving permission, the pilot made the announcement to all the passengers that you must have noticed a strong smell because of fecal excrement. Therefore, the plane is going to land for safety concerns, although there is no problem with the aircraft.
