Study Shows Street Vendors Earn More than Those with Regular Jobs

According to a study, a street vendor in Pakistan earns an average of Rs. 114,708 per month, with 29% profit.

The study revealed the title “Revitalization of the Pakistani Street Economy.”

According to a survey, the formal market is also indirectly impacted by the traffic attracted by street vendors. And it is recommended that solid connections are needed to make significant gains.

In his research, Dr. Shah said that khokas (small shops) are essential for the informal economy in Pakistan.
