Telenor Pakistan has recently partnered with the United Bank Limited (UBL) in continuation of their efforts to provide greater ease and the accessibility to its customers. Mr Umair Mohsin, the Chief Marketing Officer of Telenor Pakistan, signed a contract with Mr Muhammad Humayun Sajjad, the Executive Vice President of United Bank Limited- UBL.
As per the report, results for this new partnership, the UBL customers will easily be able to access the Telenor Pakistan’s portfolio of their services including prepaid bundles and recharge postpaid services on bank’s mobile app and their web portal.
The collaboration among these two organizations is another step by Telenor Pakistan towards enhancing their customer experience and ensuring with a seamless transaction experience for all. The alliance with the bank will be beneficial for both, as UBL is aware of the fast-evolving needs in today’s digital world of citizens and is capitalizing on the co-creation of solutions to deliver ease of access to each customer.
