Jamali Also appreciated the Government of Pakistan for working on the Automotive Industry Development and Export Policy (AIDEP) (2021-26) which made them spend $100 million for the regional assembly of the HEVs. He stated, that he can see the company moving in accordance with the Timeline developed for the launch of CKD HEV in Pakistan.

Interesting Facts.

As the company Toyota has already many of its Vehicles selling in Pakistan, including Corolla, Prius, and Camry, all these currently selling vehicles are unaffordable and extremely expensive due to being Completely Build-up imports (CBU).

In Pakistan, there are many other HEVs imported, including E160 Toyota Corolla, Toyota Ch-R, Toyota Aqua and many more. These vehicles are enormously popular even when having a massive price tag.

The Company Toyota will not just work on increasing the percentage of itself, but also will motivate and Stimulate other automaker companies to put a hand in creating a healthy and Competitive localised HEV corporation in Pakistan.
