In order to construct a 2km long air-conditioned highway, preparations got started in Dubai.
As per sources, the project that need to be built in Dubai South will feature a first-of-its-kind two-kilometer long air-conditioned highway, which would be the centre of attraction for million of tourists from outside the community on a daily basis, along with glass-enclosed pedestrian walkways.
The kids environmental avenue includes shopping areas, commercial space, multi-cuisine restaurants, movie theaters, nightlife options, children’s play areas, underground car parking and more.
Furthermore, Azizi Development has announced to invest around 20 billion dirhams which would include luxury villas, residences, commercial and entertainment spaces, according to reports.
