Currently, there has been a pause in the series of rain and thunderstorms that lasted for three days, but there is a chance of heavy rain accompanied by strong winds and lightning in Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and surrounding areas.
Sindh, Punjab, and Balochistan will continue to experience hot and dry weather today, as stated by the Meteorological Department. Less rainfall is expected in June and July, but there is a possibility of above-average rainfall in northern regions. The Meteorological Department also mentioned that there could be a rapid increase in temperatures in the upper regions towards the end of the season, which may lead to melting of snow and increased flow in rivers.
On the other hand, Karachi will remain hot and humid today. According to the Meteorological Department, there is currently no chance of rainfall in Karachi.
