The Pakistan Post has introduced special WhatsApp numbers that can be used by people to directly contact senior officials.
According to a notice provided by the Ministry of Communications and Postal Services, the project was launched in compliance with the directives of Minister Murad Saeed and the Department of Postal Services of DG Pakistan.
On both the websites of Ministry of Postal Services and the Pakistan Post smartphone application, the WhatsApp numbers of all Postmaster Generals have been uploaded.
