The UAE Consul General in Karachi, Dr. Bakheet Ateeq Al Remeithi, has firmly denied rumors that the UAE has stopped issuing visas to Pakistani nationals. Addressing these false claims, which have been spreading for the past two years, Dr. Remeithi made it clear that the information was baseless.

Speaking on the matter, he said, “Anyone who wants to apply for a visa should visit the UAE visa center.” He stressed that the rumors about visa restrictions were entirely untrue and should not be taken seriously.

Dr. Remeithi also highlighted the UAE’s strong and long-standing relationship with Pakistan. He assured that the UAE remains committed to supporting Pakistan in various areas and continues to value the bond between the two countries.

The Consul General’s statement is expected to ease concerns among Pakistanis and clear up any misunderstandings regarding visa policies. His comments serve as a reminder to rely on verified information and avoid spreading rumors that can damage the reputation of both nations.

Pakistan and the UAE have historically shared a strong partnership based on mutual respect and cooperation. The UAE’s clarification reinforces the importance of this relationship and its willingness to support Pakistani citizens.
