Work has Restarted on World’s Tallest Tower, the 1,000-Metre-Plus-Tall Jeddah Tower Project in Saudi Arabia

Construction on the Jeddah Tower, set to be the world’s tallest tower at over 1,000 meters, has resumed in Saudi Arabia. The Jeddah Economic Company (JEC), the developer, has opened a tender for contractors to finish the ambitious project, and both local and international firms are invited to bid.

The tower’s construction is one-third complete, with the foundation and piling already done. Contractors have three months to prepare their bids, and it’s likely they will form partnerships with local and international companies for the job.

Once finished, the tower will be a significant global landmark, showcasing Saudi Arabia’s dedication to impressive architectural achievements.
