More than 340,000 Pakistanis have successfully registered online for Hajj between 2027 and 2030 under Pakistan’s newly approved four-year Hajj policy, reflecting strong public interest in performing the pilgrimage.
According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, nearly 246,000 applicants chose the government Hajj scheme, while approximately 94,000 registered under the private Hajj scheme.
Among all provinces, Punjab recorded the highest number of registrations, with around 156,000 applicants, highlighting the province’s significant participation in the new registration drive.
The newly introduced Hajj policy allows intending pilgrims to complete a one-time registration that remains valid for any Hajj season from 2027 through 2030, removing the requirement to register separately every year.
The initiative is designed to simplify the application process, improve planning, and make it easier for pilgrims to secure their place for future Hajj seasons.
The Ministry has also encouraged all registered applicants to use the Pak Hajj App and official government helplines for updates, guidance, and assistance throughout the process.
Authorities have urged applicants to carefully verify their personal information and ensure all submitted details are accurate to avoid any issues during future Hajj arrangements.
