Pakistan Bans All New Year’s Celebrations in Solidarity with Pàles-tíníàns

Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar of Pakistan announced a nationwide prohibition on New Year celebrations, expressing solidarity with the Pàles-tíníàns who have faced a severe situation since October 7. Pakistan has consistently supported the Pàles-tíníàns in international forums, condemning actions by Is-ràèl.

In a televised address, Prime Minister Kakar conveyed the somber state of the Pakistani nation and the decision to ban all New Year-related festivities. He urged citizens to exhibit unity with the Pàles-tíníàns and embrace simplicity as the new year commences, emphasizing the dire circumstances currently faced by the oppressed population.

This decision reflects Pakistan’s commitment to advocating for the rights and well-being of the Pàles-tíníàn people and aligns with its principled stance against Is-ràèl’s actions. By foregoing New Year celebrations, the Pakistani government aims to draw attention to the ongoing challenges faced by the Pàles-tíníàns, fostering a sense of empathy and solidarity among its citizens during this critical time.
