In a significant stride towards fostering innovation and academic-industry collaboration, Dr. Ambreen Khursheed (Assistant Professor, FOMS) has taken the initiative of collaborating UCP Business School and Super Asia Company. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is signed by Managing Director of Super Asia, Mr. Zain Ashraf Mughal and Dean, UCP Business School, Dr. Muhammad Athar Siddiqui on 17th January 2024. The ceremony was attended by key representatives from UCP Business School including Dr. Ambreen Khursheed (Assistant Professor), Dr. Aqeel Ahmad (Associate Professor) and Dr. Shehzad Hanif (Assistant Professor) and from Super Asia Company Mr. Hammad Khalid (General Manager Operations) and Mr. Umar Farooq (Media Manager) graced the event.
This MoU aims to establish a strategic partnership between the academic institution and the leading consumer electronics and home appliances manufacturer, with a primary focus on research and development (R&D) initiatives. Under the agreement, both entities will engage in joint research projects that will leverage the expertise of UCP Business School faculty and the technical know-how of Super Asia Company. The collaboration is expected to yield innovative solutions and advancements in the consumer electronics sector.
