Every day, the authority transports 300 tonnes of Zamzam water from Makkah to Madinah using specially equipped bowsers. According to the Saudi Press Agency, a dedicated technical team is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the Zamzam water. The team collects and tests more than 80 samples of water daily using advanced equipment. This rigorous testing process guarantees that the water remains pure and safe for all who drink it.
By providing this service, the General Authority ensures that worshippers and visitors at the Prophet’s Mosque have access to clean, sacred Zamzam water, enhancing their spiritual experience.
