Systems Limited and BNU Launch Third Batch of IT Mustakbil Training Program

Systems Limited has officially launched the IT Mustakbil Training Program, Batch 3, in collaboration with Beaconhouse National University (BNU). The orientation session for the Diploma in Computer Science under this IT Mustakbil Training Program was held at Systems Limited, welcoming over 60 trainees eager to embark on their IT journey.

Toima Asghar, Group CHRO – Systems Limited extended a warm welcome to trainees from diverse educational backgrounds, along with the leadership teams from Systems Limited and Beaconhouse National University (BNU). She congratulated the students on embarking on this exciting new chapter and inspired them to emulate the success of graduates from ITM Batches 1 and 2, who have gone on to secure rewarding positions at Systems Limited and numerous other reputable companies.

Aezaz Hussain, Chairman – Systems Limited, graced the event and interacted with all trainees. He shared the rich history of the program, which was initiated 45 years ago to cultivate IT professionals in Pakistan. He elaborated on the program’s vision and highlighted Systems Limited’s role in training the youth of Pakistan. He advised the trainees, “If you sit back in class and listen to everything, you will learn, but if you want to learn more, you need to be proactive. It is crucial that you take this program seriously, as graduates from the first two cohorts have successfully secured excellent job opportunities.”

Asif Peer, Group CEO and MD – Systems Limited, outlined the program’s future direction for participants and stakeholders. He emphasized the importance of making a meaningful impact through this initiative, stating, “We must create a transformative experience for all participants. Without critical thinking and analytical skills, true learning cannot occur. Our responsibility is to make a difference in the lives of everyone who joins Systems Limited, whether they stay with us for months or years.”

Moeed Yusuf, Vice Chancellor – Beaconhouse National University, warmly welcomed the third batch of ITM trainees. He stated, “If you are determined to find your path through hard work, you have access to the best program available in this country. You will be taught by Pakistan’s finest faculty, who are not only experts in their fields but are also deeply committed to your success beyond just being present in the classroom. They will serve as your mentors, even if your time here is just six months.”

The event saw enthusiastic participation from the current students of the third batch of the IT Mustakbil Training Program, as well as alumni from Batches 1 and 2. They were joined by the senior leadership team of Systems Limited, faculty members from the BNU School of Computer and IT, and mentors and trainers who guided previous cohorts. This gathering highlighted the collaborative spirit and commitment to fostering talent in the IT sector.
