Shahmeer Amir, World’s 3rd best bug bounty hunter to map Pakistan in Cyber Security Race

More than 450 companies including Facebook, Microsoft, Apple, Yahoo and Twitter, have been helped to address critical security problems in their systems by Shahmeer Amir, ranked third most experienced bug hunter worldwide.

Shahmeer Amir, founder and CEO of the cyber security startup Veiliux, presently exists in Asia, the UAE and the UK, pursuing his vision of a safer internet, whose aim is to protect all types of organizations. Shahmeer also holds a cyber-security certificate from renowned organizations such as EC-Council, Mile2, ELearn Security etc. Shahmeer has been invited to speak at various information security and blockchain conferences around the world, and is a multi-business venture research candidate for Blockchain and Digital Currency.

In a recent conversation with Startup Pakistan he stated that he has been looking up for a very long time to boost Pakistan’s cyber security education and awareness and want it to map among the other cyber security advancing countries. He added that he and his company Veiliix, have now embraced Pakistan’s successful promotion of cyber security awareness and education.
