The administration of the Two Holy Mosques has introduced a revised schedule for pilgrims wishing to visit Roza-e-Rasool (PBUH) and offer nawafil in Riaz-ul-Jannah at Masjidun Nabwi.
The update comes as part of ongoing efforts to improve crowd management and provide worshippers with a more peaceful experience during their visit.
Under the new arrangement, male visitors will have two main windows to enter the blessed area. The first opportunity begins in the early hours of the morning, starting at 2:00 am and continuing until the Fajr prayer. The second slot opens later in the day, allowing entry from 11:00 am until the Isha prayer.
For women, specific timings have also been set to ensure smooth movement inside the mosque. Female pilgrims can visit after the Fajr prayer and continue until 11:00 am. Another session for women begins after Isha and remains open until 2:00 am.
The routine on Fridays differs slightly from the rest of the week. Men will be permitted to visit after the Jumma prayer and can continue until Isha. Women, however, will be able to visit only from Fajr until 9:00 am on Fridays.
Officials say the revised timetable is designed to distribute visitors more evenly throughout the day and reduce overcrowding in the sacred areas. The Presidency stated that the goal is to provide worshippers with greater comfort, better organization, and easier access during their spiritual journey.
The administration has encouraged pilgrims to follow the updated schedule and cooperate with staff to ensure that everyone can visit the holy sites in a safe and respectful environment.
