Bajaur’s First Woman Muneeba Hussain Makes History by Securing PAS Allocation in CSS 2025

Muneeba Hussain has made history as the first woman from Bajaur to secure allocation in the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS). The 24-year-old cleared the tough Central Superior Services (CSS) 2025 exam in her very first attempt.

Muneeba belongs to Wara Mamond in Bajaur. She is the daughter of Dr. Muhammad Arshad Hussain, an associate professor at Khyber Medical University. Before CSS, she earned a BS degree in English Linguistics from the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) and secured the first position.

Her father said Muneeba dreamed of joining CSS from the start of her higher education. She studied at Islamia College Peshawar for FSc and worked hard every day. Family support, especially from her grandfather, helped her a lot. “Hard work never goes to waste,” he proudly shared.

Muneeba’s success is a big achievement for tribal areas where women often face challenges in higher education. Out of thousands of candidates, only a small number pass CSS. Her allocation to PAS, one of the top groups, brings pride to her family, Bajaur, and the entire region.

People from different fields, including women’s rights activists and educationists, are celebrating her win. They see it as a ray of hope for girls in tribal districts. Muneeba’s story inspires young women to believe in themselves and pursue big goals through education and dedication.

Her journey proves that talent and determination can break barriers. This milestone encourages more girls from remote areas to aim for civil services and contribute to the country.
