Students of Khyber Girls Medical College achieved remarkable academic success during a special award ceremony held in Peshawar, where several students were honored with gold medals for outstanding performance.
Among the top achievers, Qandeel Murtaza received widespread attention after winning 17 gold medals, creating a record at the institution. Qandeel, who belongs to Haripur, is the daughter of a tailor, and her achievement was praised as an inspiring example of hard work and determination.
The ceremony was attended by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, who personally distributed medals and appreciated the students for their dedication and academic excellence.
Other high-performing students were also recognized during the event. Muqaddas secured 10 gold medals, while Sabeen earned seven medals for her academic achievements. Faculty members and guests applauded the students for their exceptional results and commitment to education.
