TouchPoint Enables ABHI Microfinance’s DIY Banking, Powered by QMatch

TouchPoint is enabling a modern self-service banking experience for ABHI Microfinance Bank through its DIY Banking solution, with the complete ecosystem powered by the QMatch digital platform.

The solution brings together a range of smart banking machines and services designed to make routine banking activities faster, more convenient and accessible for customers. At the core of this digital transformation is QMatch, which powers the different self-service touchpoints and connects them into a technology-enabled banking experience.

The Smart Teller Machine (STM) enables customers to access self-service banking facilities, helping reduce dependency on traditional counter-based services. Alongside the STM, the solution includes the CADEPO Cash Deposit Machine (CDM), providing customers with a dedicated option for cash deposits.

The DN Series 100 ATM adds ATM functionality to the self-service ecosystem, while the DN Series 200 Cash Recycler supports cash handling and recycling capabilities within the branch environment. Together, these machines provide financial institutions with a broader range of automated banking services.

The TouchPoint-enabled solution also goes beyond cash transactions. Customers can benefit from statement printing, account opening and instant card issuance, bringing multiple banking services into a more convenient self-service environment.

By bringing these capabilities together through QMatch, TouchPoint is helping create a connected and technology-driven banking experience. The platform serves as the digital foundation powering the different machines and services, allowing self-service banking to become an integrated part of the branch environment.

The introduction of ABHI Microfinance’s DIY Banking solution reflects the changing expectations of banking customers. Customers increasingly look for services that are quick, convenient and easy to access, while financial institutions are looking for technology that can improve service delivery and branch efficiency.

TouchPoint’s implementation demonstrates how a combination of smart machines and a unified digital platform can support this shift. From cash deposits and withdrawals to statement printing, account opening and instant card issuance, the solution brings several everyday banking services closer to customers through self-service technology.

With QMatch powering the entire ecosystem, TouchPoint is enabling ABHI Microfinance to move towards a more digital, automated and customer-focused branch banking model.

The collaboration represents a step forward in the evolution of self-service banking, where smart machines and digital platforms work together to simplify the customer journey and support more efficient banking operations.
