Multan Sultans defeated Quetta Gladiators by 117 runs in match number 25 of the seventh edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL7) on Friday at Gaddafi Stadium.
Sarfraz Ahmed’s team was dismissed by the Sultans bowling line in 15.5 overs while chasing the second-highest total of 245 runs made by Mohammad Rizwan’s side.
Gladiators’ top scorers remained Jason Roy (38) and Umar Akmal (50), while other players, notably skipper Sarfraz, failed to resist the mounting pressure.
Asif Afrid, Khushdil Shah, Shahnawaz Dahani, and David Willey each grabbed two Gladiators wickets, while Imran Tahir took one.
