There will be Two Ramadan and Two Eid-ul-Fitr in 2030

We Muslims eagerly anticipate the start of the holy month of Ramadan, which will begin on April 2nd next month. Ramadan 2022 is fast approaching.

Furthermore, the fervour and enthusiasm are going to be multiplied by ten because Ramadan will be celebrated twice in 2030.

The first Ramadan spell will take place from January 6th to February 4th, 2030, followed by the second spell from December 26th to January 24th, 2030. In one year, there are two Ramadan months.

The Islamic calendar, rather than the Gregorian calendar(cycle of sun), follows the lunar cycle (moon cycle). A lunar year has 354 days, which is less than a solar year’s 365.

Because lunar years appear to move back 11 days every year, Ramadan will be observed twice in 2030 according to the lunar cycle.
