One of the 60 individuals killed in an immigration boat tragedy in Italy a few days ago was a female hockey player for Pakistan.
Shahida Raza, a member of Pakistan’s national hockey team, passed away in the event involving the Italian immigration boat, according to the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF).
Four Pakistanis are said to have died in the boat collision incident.
Hockey was Shahida Raza’s sport, and she represented Pakistan’s women’s hockey team. She played football for the Pakistan Football Federation four times.
