Prime Minister, Imran Khan on Sunday instructed the relevant authorities as to reopen around 155,000 public complaints that were lodged on Pakistan Citizen Portal just to address the concerns of the complainants.
According to the report by the office of PM, Prime Minister himself has ordered the authorities that all the complaints that are filed by the people who are dissatisfied and have submitted their complaint in between July and December of the last year shall be reopened.
It is also stated by the Prime Minister that this issue will be set as the top priority as to resolve the civic problems; however, in case of any failure to do this task, it will not be tolerated.
