Another alleged audio of former Chief Justice Of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar and Khawaja Tariq Rahim has been leaked.
Saqib Nisar is reportedly guiding Khawaja Tariq Rahim on a contempt of court petition.
Former Chief Justice is allegedly saying in the audio that you see the so motu case of 2010, if you read, you will understand, on which Khawaja Tariq Rahim says that the path has been given in Clause 3.
Saqib Nisar said that this is your passway out, otherwise there would not have been a case, after what happened in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, it is a direct case of contempt of court.
Earlier, an audio of former Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar had surfaced. In the audio, Justice Saqib Nisar is talking to Pti Chairman Imran Khan’s lawyer Khawaja Tariq Rahim.
In the audio, lawyer Khawaja Tariq Rahim, without naming Maryam Nawaz, said that what this woman is saying should give a good answer.
Saqib Nisar said that when the need arises, we will tell you. You will explode. I have courage, I can bear it. I don’t have to be confused or worried.
In response, Khawaja Tariq Rahim says that he will tell me, as he says, it will happen.
It may be recalled that earlier also an alleged audio of former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar had gone viral on social media, but he said that this audio clip is fake.
