A student named Asad Ali Memon from a private university in Karachi has achieved an incredible accomplishment by reaching the summit of Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world. This makes him the first person from Sindh province in Pakistan to achieve this feat. Mount Everest measures up to 8,849 meters in height.
By conquering this magnificent mountain, Memon joins a select group of individuals who have successfully scaled Mount Everest. He has now become the first and only person from Sindh province to achieve this remarkable feat. The Institute of Business Management, where Memon studies, expressed their congratulations and wished him a safe descent and return to his family.
Pakistan’s mountaineering community has been bringing pride to the nation with their remarkable achievements. Just recently, another renowned Pakistani mountaineer named Sajid Sadpara made history by successfully climbing Mount Everest without using supplemental oxygen.
Despite not having the assistance of Sherpas, who are highly skilled climbers, in his expedition, Sajid became the first Pakistani to summit Mount Everest without supplemental oxygen.
Sajid’s ultimate goal is to climb all 14 eight-thousanders, which are the world’s highest mountains above 8,000 meters, without aid. By fulfilling this feat, he is honoring the wish of his late father, Muhammad Ali Sadpara, who was a legendary mountaineer.
