The title of richest man in the world has remained with Elon Musk.According to a Bloomberg story, Musk, the CEO of Tesla Inc., passed luxury mogul Bernard Arnault on Wednesday when shares of Arnault’s LVMH slumped 2.6% in trading in Paris.
It claimed that this year’s Bloomberg Billionaires Index, which ranks the 500 richest persons in the world, had Musk and the 74-year-old Frenchman tied for first place.
Arnault initially overtook Musk in December, the article continued, as the tech sector suffered and the luxury sector remained resilient in the face of inflation.
