The citizens of Punjab including Lahore were given a great facility regarding driving license.
According to media reports, citizens will now get an e-license along with the license card. Citizens will get an e-license online from the traffic police app.
Now it has been decided to issue e-licensing regarding driving licenses to the citizens, citizens will be able to show their license to the traffic police from their phones until the driving license card is printed and issued.
SSP Traffic Rafat Bukhari says that after passing the driving test, the data will be uploaded in the driving license management information system.
He says that the citizens will be able to get the data by entering the ID card number and date of birth on the traffic police website until obtaining the driving license card.
He said that the purpose of e-licensing is to check the records in case the license is not passed or lost, the non-supply of daily licensing cards will also be controlled through e-licensing.
