Pak-China Joint Naval Exercise ‘Sea Guardian-2023 ‘ Begins in Karachi

The opening ceremony of the Pakistan Navy and PLA (Navy) bilateral exercise, Sea Guardian-2023, marked a significant diplomatic and strategic event. Hosted at the Pakistan Navy Dockyard in Karachi, the ceremony featured Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi and Rear Admiral Liang Yang as key figures.

Vice Admiral Abbasi, addressing the gathering, underscored the robust ties between Pakistan and China, particularly within their naval forces. He stressed the importance of meticulous planning for the exercise, expressing confidence that it would bolster strategic cooperation and interoperability.

Rear Admiral Liang Yang, the Guest of Honour, conveyed gratitude to Pakistan Navy for hosting the joint exercise.
