The LDA- Lahore Development Authority is all set to introduce their new project of affordable apartments in Lahore. LDA will build over 4,000 apartments in the first phase in the area named “Halloki” in Lahore.
However, a total of over 35,000 apartments will also be built as per the plan in the next upcoming three years in different areas of Lahore.
According to the sources, this project for apartments will be based on 5 different sizes that consist of 650 sq. yards, 800 sq. yards, 1,100 sq. yards, 1,500 sq. yards, and 2,200 square yards.
SM Imran, the Vice Chairman has also said that the LDA has signed an agreement with BOP- the Bank of Punjab for this project. LDA will issue the allotment letters; however BoP will provide the loans for the apartments as per the agreement.
