Khairpur: On the occasion of The Urs of Sachal Sarmast, a public holiday has been declared on April 5, after which there will be a two-day holiday in a week.
According to details, a public holiday has been declared on April 5 in Khairpur, on the occasion of The Urs of Sachal Sarmast, the Deputy Commissioner declared a holiday.
Deputy Commissioner Sharjeel Noor has issued a notification of April 5 holiday, in which it has been said that on April 4, the death anniversary of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto will be a public holiday and on the second day on April 5, there will be a holiday on the occasion of The Urs of Sachal Sarmast, thus there will be a holiday of two days in a week.
The Sindh government had declared a public holiday on the martyrdom day of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and said that April 4 will be a public holiday across the province.
According to a notification issued by the Sindh government, all institutions run by the provincial government will remain closed on the occasion of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s death anniversary.
