Australian High Commissioner Neil Hawkins met with PML-N Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz to discuss issues of mutual interest.
Maryam Nawaz stated during the meeting that Pakistan and Australia have a long history of cooperation, and that Pakistan values Australia’s role in student education.
Pakistanis in Australia are a source of strengthening relations between the two countries, seeking bilateral cooperation in a variety of fields such as education, culture, and investment.
Bilateral trade development can lead to further strengthening of bilateral relations, and joint activities in cricket and other sports can provide a better environment for the youth.
Both countries should take advantage of the numerous opportunities for cooperation in trade and tourism, Maryam Nawaz said, thanking Pakistan for its humanitarian assistance during the Corona epidemic.
On this occasion, Australian High Commissioner Neil Hawkins thanked Maryam Nawaz Sharif for making time for the meeting. He also congratulated Maryam Nawaz on her party position.
